BUCKWHEAT GRECHKA – GREAT MOUNTAIN
Grechka is a plant from the family of sorrel plants. It can grow mainly in arid and cool climates. There are plenty of B vitamins, magnesium and fiber in it. At the same time, it is considered quite useful due to the fact that only 100 grams of it contains about 13 grams of protein, 10 grams of fiber, 450 milligrams of potassium, and as much as 18 milligrams of calcium. Because it does not contain gluten, it is one of the best alternatives for celiac patients and those who eat gluten-free. Because of its structure, the consumed part of the buckwheat plant, which is called a crustacean rather than a grain, is its seeds. Buckwheat grains are similar in structure to bulgur. Areas of use; soups, salads, decadents, desserts, pilafs, vegetable dishes, bakery products.
