It is a species of edible mushroom in the family Cantharellaceae. Latin name Decaterellus Cornucopioides, this mush rim is also popularly known as bugle mushroom or black snare. Bugle mushroom, which differs from other mushrooms by its dark color and can cause fear, is a tasty and valuable mushroom. Especially compatible with fish dishes, bugle mushroom can also be used in sautéed dishes with vegetables. It is recommended to store the bugle mushroom, which is frozen, at -18°C. It is also consumed dried.
