
CHEDDAR – FRIEDNSHIP
This cheese, whose origin is England- town of Cheddar, is known for its classic orange color. This cheese,
which was first ripened using the natural humidity and temperature in the caves located in the Cheddar
Gorge Valley, has spread to the whole of England as time has progressed. It currently accounts for 51% of
cheeses produced and released in the UK. Due to the peculiarity of the vegetation in the areas where
animals graze, it has a color that changes from yellow to red as it matures. Place of origin: England.
