Madımak Concert

Madimak is a herbaceous plant species with woody stems, small pink flowers that can be eaten. The use of Madımak plant collected in spring is quite common in the folk cuisine of Central Anatolia. Traditionally, salad, cacık, mihlama, soup, stew, pastry, pancake, madımak dish and twist, which are used raw or cooked, are among the dishes that are made and consumed with taste.
