MASAGO YUZU – SEA GOLD
It is the egg of capelin (salmon family) fish with ink, Wasabi, Yuzu, Plain varieties. Masago are processed fish eggs, also known as fish roe, that come from a small fish called capelin. It is often used to coat the outside of sushi rolls. It is also used to make sushi fillings. It is suitable to be stored at -18°C.
