POLENTA CORN FLOUR – MORETTI
This product, which is obtained by turning corn into semolina in a mill, is cooked by mixing it with water and is usually used as a side dish next to red meat or seafood. It is also consumed as a main course, especially in the North of Italy. When cooking, add 1 measure of polenta to the desired 4 measures of water and mix until the consistency is obtained. Uses: Polenta, semolina desserts, buns.
