Pumpkin Dessert
Pumpkins grown in Hatay differ from other pumpkins due to their geographical location. Hatay pumpkin, which has a sweeter and harder structure, adapts to Lime Pumpkin making with these properties. It originated in the past with the idea of protecting soft foods while cooking and has survived to the present day. Thinly sliced pumpkins are obtained by soaking in slaked lime for 24 hours
