Red wine vinegar is light red colored vinegar obtained as a result of fermentation of red wine produced from grapes. During the fermentation process, the alcohol in the red wine that comes into contact with the air is oxidized and turns into vinegar, eliminating the property of the wine. Its origin is Italy.
