VARVELLO BALSEMIC VINEGAR MODENA
This vinegar, which is made from grapes of the Modena Region of Italy, has a history of about a thousand years. The word balsamic, on the other hand, is derived from Latin (balsamum) and means medicinal. The wort of the Trebbiano grapes is boiled until it acquires a dark color, and then, together with the vinegar yeast, it is kept in special wooden barrels for at least 12 years and acquires its characteristic structure.
