A.Ş “Company”, all kinds of personal data that we store in our company are processed, stored and transferred in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 *KVKK or ”Law”+. This disclosure text is prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Law as “Data Controller’s Obligation to Disclose“ regarding your personal data collected, stored and processed by the Company in the capacity of “Data Controller.”

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the law, personal data is defined as any data belonging to an unidentified or identifiable natural person, and any data that will be accepted in this context is considered subject to the relevant legislation by our company. In this context, your personal data collected electronically or in writing or orally by filling out the forms on the Company’s corporate internet address in order to carry out the necessary work by our relevant business units to perform the commercial activities by the company and to conduct the related business processes, for execution of financial, accounting and financial transactions, including billing activities related to the sale, managing the processes of information forms filled out on the Internet to obtain information about the company, setting up the sales contract process with our customers, execution and follow-up of all necessary actions, continuation of work and operations, conducting company activities and procedures, management and follow-up of customer requests and complaints, ensuring the legal and commercial security of the products and services offered by our company and the persons who are in business relationship with our company, ensuring the safety of our workplaces, fulfillment of obligations arising from legislation, follow-up and execution of legal processes and communication processes with official institutions and for the purpose of providing services in this scope, for specific, clear and legitimate purposes, in accordance with the law and the rules of honesty, accurate and, if necessary, up-to-date in connection with the purpose for
which they were processed, limited and measured, and it is maintained for as long as required by the relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they were processed.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASON

Your personal data are collected for the above-mentioned purposes, in accordance with the basic principles provided for in the Law and in accordance with 2nd paragraph of Article 5 of the Law. on the basis of the legal reasons for the establishment and/or performance of the contract, the fulfillment of the legal obligation, legitimate interest of our company, provided that the basic rights and freedoms of the person concerned are not harmed, provided that they are provided for in the laws specified in the paragraph; through automatic or non-automatic methods by using web site, customer meetings, company contact forms, including but not limited to, any kind of verbal, written or electronic environment in the workplace and closed circuit camera systems. Your personal data may be processed and shared within the scope of personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 and 6 and in accordance with the legal reasons and purposes specified in this Disclosure Text.

TRANSFER OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

Your collected personal data is used for the purpose of carrying out the necessary work by our business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by our Company and conducting the relevant business processes; planning and execution of the Company’s commercial and/ or business strategies; ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-business security of interested persons in a businessrelationship with the company; in order to continue the company’s activities and business processes with relevant departments that provide services, shareholder / official of the Company and, if necessary, official authorities, public institutions and independent audit companies within the framework of legal
limitations and personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Except for the purposes provided, any transfer of personal data that is incompatible with our Company activities will not be performed without the explicit consent of the data subject.

RIGHTS OF THE RELEVANT PERSON WHOSE PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED

The owner of personal data may contact the Company in accordance with the article 11 of the Law and entitled to;

1. Find out if his personal data has been processed,

2. Request information about if his personal data has been processed,

3. Find out the purpose of processing of personal data and whether it is used for its intended purpose,

4. Know the 3rd parties where personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

5. If your personal data is missing or processed incorrectly, to ask for their correction,

6. Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions
stipulated in the article 7 of the KVKK.

7. Request notification of the operations made in accordance with paragraphs (5) and (6) above to the
3rd persons to whom their personal data have been transferred,

8. To object to the occurrence of a result against you due to the fact that your personal data is analyzed
exclusively by automated systems,

9. If you incur damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to request
compensation for the damage.
