SOBA NOODLES - DRAGON PEARL
Soba Noodles, the color of which is brown-gray, is an important part of Japanese cuisine traditionally; in particular, it is also called Washoku. It is made from buckwheat flour and water, thanks to which it acquires a slightly nutty flavor. Sometimes green tea powder is added.
