Whole Wheat Rice is obtained as a result of less processing of white rice and has higher fiber content. It is a good source of vitamins of group B and minerals potassium, magnesium, phosphorus. For this reason, whole wheat rice may be preferred instead of rice. It is used in pilaf and soups.
